Primary Responsibilities
• Manage key client accounts as well as the existing team for client deliveries (data, content and digital programs)

The Digital Campaign Executive is part of the European Client Success team providing excellent services to the unit’s European clients. We work very closely with our US operation.

Job Responsibilities
• Set up and management of e-marketing campaigns across a client base in Europe
• Project management of several campaigns simultaneously
• Client liaison from set up to reporting
• Compile and analyze performance metrics and client demand
• Building HTMLs within the Dotmailer platform
• Test and optimize email content, sending patterns, times etc.
• Ability to modify and develop html emails as and when required
• Assuring timely and accurate reporting on campaign results as per client SLAs
• Accountable for new campaign set up. Organizing and ensuring all elements of the business are in place and ready for service in line with business and client expectations
